We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, located just across from the train station and a short walk from the city center. Our room was newly renovated and had a modern bathroom with a great view of the Cratère. the staff was pleasant and helpful, and we enjoyed the delicious breakfast with freshly made omelets and Nespresso coffee. Plus, we appreciated the option to store our bicycles in a meeting room.

We did have to climb a long set of stairs as there was no lift.

The rooms were newly renovated and felt fresh, as if we were in a new hotel. The breakfast, which was included in our stay, offered freshly made omelets or scrambled eggs and Nespresso coffee. It was served in a unique location, adding to the experience. The hotel's location was ideal, as it was close to the train station and the city center.

There was no elevator, which could be an issue for some guests, especially when carrying heavy luggage to the higher floors. the Wi-Fi reception was patchy, and the towels offered could have been more luxurious.

We recently spent a romantic weekend away and the hotel was perfect for us. the standout feature was the incredible breakfast included in our stay; we enjoyed made-to-order eggs and delicious coffee. the location was ideal for us, as we were able to explore the city center easily. the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the remodeled rooms were wonderful.

the lack of an elevator made it difficult to bring our luggage up to the room.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. The basic amenities provided in the room, such as air conditioning, made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Additionally, the breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The attention to detail in the recently renewed suite where I stayed was impeccable, creating a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Finally, the value for money was outstanding, with reasonable prices for such a pleasant stay.
